I'll certainly be renewing my lease for a second year. This is a great community, and very affordable. The management company have certainly been putting some money into this place, as there is a new workout center, sitting area with fireplace, and dog park. We have had a dog day, ice cream socials, Easter egg hunts, and others. The community has been starting to do resident events on a monthly basis, which has been nice. They remember my dog, always take off shoes when they enter my apartment, and are simply top notch. I have had a total of 3 work orders since I have lived here, and every one of them have been completed within 24 hours. I know how tough of a job that being a service member can be in an apartment community, but all 4 of these guys do a GREAT job. The office is very nice, I'm always greeted with a smile and a Hello, and the front office staff has always been extremely helpful in making sure that whatever questions I have get answered. With that out of the way, Woodbury Place has a very solid team in 2017. I'd like to think that I know a thing or several about the apartment industry. So, in full disclosure, I have a background in property management. At the same time, it's close enough to a number of fun restaurants & bars in Andersonville, so there's always something to do. I am very happy to live here! I will also say the neighborhood is perfect- nice and quiet with a park close by. Danny had maintenance come in and repaint the apartment and make sure everything was up to date for us, even though they could have easily said that it wasn't their problem since we were subleasing from another resident. We actually took over another resident's lease and the apartment had not been updated since that resident had been living there for some time. I would say the leasing office even went above and beyond. He made sure our move was as smooth as possible and was very responsive to my ten million questions I had. Please consult a LGI Homes new home consultant and review a home sales contract for additional information and disclosures.I have nothing but good things to say about Ravenswood Terrace- from the leasing office agents to the maintenance staff, everyone has been very helpful and the customer service has been great!
